Menu Creation
Food, cocktails and drinks. It’s all possible. We will create, test, source, train and launch high level menus alongside your team. We’ll unleash it all in just one month per menu. Here’s how it works.
The price is €5,000 per menu. Example: A full food menu is considered one menu. A cocktail menu is considered the second menu. We can work one at a time or both consecutively.
• First we get to understand your venues vision and brand • Then we create a first draft and pitch it back to you • Selection stage to leave us with a final draft menu • This entire part of the process can be delivered quickly and remotely
Now we need to taste and test the menu. This part is optional but we recommend having us on-site for this to maximise the time spent together and the execution of the menu tasting. Travel costs not included.

Once the menu is finalised and you’re happy. We tie it all up in a nice pretty bow and hand over the work:

Website + Branding
